Purchase Help
If an active subscription or legacy lifetime purchase still does not unlock Pro after restoration, email support with your platform, approximate purchase date, and store receipt or order number. Do not email payment-card details.
Live Sharing and Events
You must be signed in to host a shared live session. Courtzy Pro is also required to create a sanctioned event, in either Open Play or Tournament Mode. Spectators can join a shared regular session with its current six-character spectator code, and signed-in users can join with a co-host code to help run the session. Sanctioned-event invitations must be accepted from Notifications or through a supported event link. Session and event links shared from the app open Courtzy directly when it is installed. In Tournament Mode, matchups, seeding, and results follow the chosen bracket format rather than the rotation queue.
Account and Data Help
You can delete sport-specific local session history from the Sessions tab and delete your signed-in Courtzy account from Profile. For questions about remaining online data after deletion, email support from the address associated with the account when possible.
Ads and Tracking Help
Courtzy Pro removes ads. Non-Pro users may see Google AdMob ads on supported native platforms. On iOS and iPadOS, the Apple tracking permission setting controls whether Courtzy can allow access to the device advertising identifier for personalized ads and ad measurement; declining shows non-personalized or limited ads instead. Regional Ad Privacy Choices, when shown, are separate advertising consent controls and do not override the Apple tracking permission setting.
